On the other hand Shruthi’s transition from mass communication to event management is fuelled by an eagerness to infuse storytelling into the very fabric of events. Her practical experience in managing seamless event execution from meticulous planning to decor, implementation, and hospitality integration. Our commitment is not merely to coordinate designs but to curate experiences that linger in the hearts and minds of the attendees users.

Shruthima a seasoned architect has woven tales through architectural marvels for over 9 years now along with Shruthi who in the realm of journalism and mass communication has sculpted narratives, mastering the art of engaging diverging audiences join together to script stories not in words but in the ambience of meticulously crafted events.

With a decade of professional experience and degrees from BITS Pilani and MIT (USA), Vaqdevi is a driven and enthusiastic design engineer. Her forte lies in providing solutions that maintain structural integrity while adhering to architectural concepts. With her extensive experience and expertise in the field, she could resolve numerous complex situations while retaining the existing structures. She always works towards bridging the gaps which we often see in design and execution.

She’s an expert in dealing with Residential, Commercial, Industrial, PEB Structures. On the other hand Mr.Ravi who is a very self reliant and supportive, joined us to make this team Brighter by his expertise in Electrical Engineering.

The integration of his practical expertise and analytical approach makes Ravi a vital member of the team.

Our Synergy Squad has a strength of more than 100 people working towards one goal led by the most efficient team heads from different fields working together. Praneeth an MBA graduate possessing the skill of managing a team and with his expertise in the field of sports, he possess a rare combination of managing and motivating the team. On the other hand Revan, with his experience in materials and scheduling tasks contributes towards the expansion of the company’s growth.

They are devoted and determined strong individuals in a demanding work setting, who with their experience and expertise are constantly working towards enhanced customer satisfaction which is in turn leading to the efficiency and productivity of the company. Our squad’s strong decision making abilities and excellent problem solving skills help us deal with the changing requirements of the clients.
